When we met Jocelyn she was very professional and helpful and did all she could to help us find a house. We were living out of state and she accommodated what ever we asked and was more than willing to include our daughter who lives local, in our search. I contacted Joselyn after a friend had used her services in Dec 2016 she had listed her home & sold her home in 6 days & found her a home that she loved in 10 days that was more compatible for her. I called Joselyn talked to her could tell she was going to work on my timetable not hers, she come to my home and I showed her my home, and pointed out things to help sell my home and lined me up with people she knew that would follow thru with those fixes in a timely manner. She left and went to work looking at comparables of my home to come up with a listing price that my home would sell for, that wasn't some unrealistic price or promise that she knew would sell for. My home was listed a sign was put up next day at my home. It was listed on multiple web sites with the greatest exposure possible the next day I had 4 showings she was very thorough in making sure I knew when each showing would be 2nd day we received a full price offer, I say we because working with Joselyn was like a partnership with the whole process until sell was closed. But as a Top notch Relator she kept me informed by text or calling back during the whole process longest I waited for a response was 45 minutes and average response was 5 minutes. Unfortunately she had to push the other Realator during process to communicate to keep myself informed but I sensed Joselyn was person felt it as her responsibility as her client to keep me informed. During the process I was pursuing a purchase of a home in the state of Nevada and needed her acquire some other documents to purchase my other home and she followed thru on all my requests, to help me purchase my other home. I just closed on my Home in Mesquite , Nevada and none of it would of been possible without me taking the first step having faith and confidence that she would be best Relator to sell my home after basically interviewing her as I put my home on the market for sell. I do promise you if you are buying or selling a home or both it will be a great experience!

We had an awful expierence with our first time home buying and Jocelyn totally turned it around for us. She was polite and professional but also very personable. She had to put up with a lot of crazy stuff from what went on during our deal and still was very understanding, patient, & friendly.
